Tim Coy

Tim Coy is a builder with experience in almost every phase of construction. His 40+ years in the business includes both commercial and residential construction. In the residential field, Tim framed both custom and tract homes as well as constructed decks, gazebos, garages, basements and small additions. He was also a working manager of a remodeling company that specialized in making small, single story homes into 2 story Victorians. His experience in commercial construction ranges from commercial roofing to running multi-million-dollar Federal Government projects on the military bases in and around the Colorado Springs area. Tim brings his building knowledge and love of construction to every home he builds or remodels with exceptional results.

Val Ross-Coy

Tim’s wife, Val Ross-Coy has been involved with Riverwood Homes from the inception of the company. Presently, she helps with some design work but concentrates on her real estate business with ERA shields. She handles contracts, designs and selections and regularly works with the clients. She also is an active realtor with ERA Shields in Colorado Springs and works to help find lots and sell existing homes for clients of Riverwood Homes.

Brad Bailey

As if to lend truth to J.R.R. Tolkein’s often used line “Not all who wander are lost,” Brad Bailey changed occupations almost as often as his socks. His wandering occupational path carried him through time as a rancher, a lumberjack, an officer in the Marines, a treaty spook, an environmental project manager, an environmental management consultant, a renewable and alternative energy specialist, a Chief Executive Officer, an energy entrepreneur, a fix-and-flipper and remodeler. At every stage, he added to his resume’, skills that come to bear in the custom homebuilding business. He even found time to return to the schoolhouse to get a degree in construction management. From an early age, Brad loved to build things and dabbled in all phases of residential construction from excavation through trim carpentry. While he’d love to spend more time “working” in an excavator or loader, he also enjoys the challenges of growing Riverwood Homes and managing the business side.

Tammie Boulter

Also following a circuitous route to custom homebuilding, Tammie has worked for more than 32 years as a Nurse Practitioner in Neonatal Intensive Care Units in Colorado Springs and along the Front Range. As you can imagine, she knows a thing or two about high-stress work. Along the way, she developed a keen interest in design and construction, working alongside Brad on multiple remodels and fix-and-flips. She’s learned a lot about all facets of design and is currently pursuing a certificate specifically in interior design. However, she already gets credit as co-designer of a signature Riverwood Homes full-custom build in Flying Horse in 2016.
